Boat Rental Terms & Conditions

• Reservation Requirements

• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required for all rentals.

• Payment & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before departure.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned within 48 hours after the rental, provided no damage is incurred.
• Remaining outstanding balance on your reservation will be charged to your listed credit card 14 days in advance of your planned rental. 

• Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

• Rental Duration & Late Returns

• Rentals are based on hourly or daily rates. Boats must be returned by the agreed-upon time.
• Late returns are subject to an additional $100 per hour charge.

• Safety & Eligibility

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• All renters must comply with local boating laws and safety regulations.
• Life jackets must be worn by all passengers under the age of 14.
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited for the boat operator.

• Weather Policy

• Rentals may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., storms or high winds).

• You must be physically present at the time of your scheduled reservation to be eligible for a full refund if we cancel your reservation due to inclement weather. If you are out on the water and we call you back in, your rental rate will be pro-rated.

• Damage & Liability

• Renters are responsible for any damage to the boat, equipment or dock during the rental period.
• River B’s Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings
